Bring an existing CLI

Intermesh evaluates one packaged CLI. Put its npm package archive and the reviewed plan together in an evaluation folder.

cli.tgz must contain one valid npm CLI package. It may bundle Skills, but a CLI without Skills is valid too.

Create the plan

Run inter setup once to install the inter-eval-authoring Skill, then use it to create eval-plan.json. The plan names the scenarios, expected outcomes, target credential variable and run settings. Do not include a credential value in the plan.

Validate before running

inter eval validate my-evaluation

Fix validation errors before authorizing the run.
