# Create an evaluation folder

> Package one CLI with a reviewable evaluation plan.

# Create an evaluation folder

Create a folder with the exact CLI archive that you want to evaluate and a
reviewed `eval-plan.json`.

```bash theme={null}
mkdir my-evaluation
cp /path/to/cli.tgz my-evaluation/
```

## What the plan contains

```text theme={null}
Candidate archive
  → scenarios and expected outcomes
  → required credentials
  → reviewed evaluation folder
```

Run `inter setup` once to install the `inter-eval-authoring` Skill, then use it
to create the plan. It defines:

* the tasks the CLI must complete;
* expected outcomes;
* the target account and credential-variable name;
* execution settings.

Validate the finished folder before an execution request:

```bash theme={null}
inter eval validate my-evaluation
```

Validation does not run the candidate.
